Shipping & Delivery
Your order will be delivered via your local postal service. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and then shipped. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that shipping times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance and local delivery services. Rest assured, we strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery.
Our shipping process can be divided into two main components: Processing Time and Shipping Time.
Processing Time includes order verification, product tailoring, quality checks, and packaging. This typically takes 1-3 business days. After processing, Shipping Time refers to the time it takes for your order to be delivered, usually within 5-7 business days.
Orders are generally shipped from our warehouses located in the US, UK, and Germany, depending on which is closest to your location. However, if these warehouses are out of stock, your order will be shipped directly from our hub in East Asia to ensure faster delivery and reduced wait times.
If the shipping address entered is incorrect, it is the buyer’s responsibility to update it as soon as possible. Since we work to expedite processing and shipping, there is only a small window to make changes. If you need to modify your shipping address, please contact us at info@shopvisar.com immediately after placing your order. While we’ll do our best to make the changes, we cannot guarantee it due to processing time limits. If it's too late, and the package is returned to us, we will ship it again to the correct address.
For returns, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please refer to our Returns Policy for detailed instructions on how to return or refund your purchase.
